Motionball – Special Olympics
Motionball is a national not-for-profit organization dedicated to introducing the next generation of donors, volunteers, and sponsors to the Special Olympics movement through integrated social and sporting events.
Project Objective:
Craft a marketing strategy with recommendations to address motionball’s challenges in succession and sustainability, significantly impacted by the Covid-19 pandemic.
Roles:
– Designed and formatted the marketing strategy document to ensure it was professional, engaging, and easy to navigate
– Performed thorough proofreading to ensure all content was clear, accurate, and free of errors
– Developed the project scope, and outlined the project’s objectives, key deliverables, and timeline to maintain focus and structure
– Developed innovative marketing strategies and tactics to ensure both short and long term success, tailored to their unique challenges and opportunities
